Go out into your organization and make reality fantastic for every customer this week. Start this new habit and your business will thrive. When you do a great job, recessions are not as harsh.
MAKE REALITY FANTASTIC FOR EVERY CUSTOMER THIS WEEK
¨ Reality is being out of stock, and fantastic is getting it back quickly and delivering it to your customer's home.
¨ Reality is having cold food in a restaurant, and fantastic is someone fixing it immediately and then buying you a dessert to make up for it.
¨ Reality is being hot in the Magic Kingdom, and fantastic is getting squirted from a mist bottle by a Cast Member.
¨ Reality is not getting to see your favorite Character, and fantastic is one of the Disney Cast overhearing that and making it happen.
¨ Reality is dropping your ice cream cone, and fantastic is a Cast Member quickly getting you another one.
¨ Reality is having a disability, and fantastic is being made to feel special by every single fellow associate in your organization.
¨ Reality is discrimination, and fantastic is never seeing it happen in your organization.
