  1. Lee, thanks for your leadership wisdom at the Seeds Conference. Your clarity about expectations and competencies that we need to exhibit as leaders will empower many of us in our ministries in the years to come. Our team will ensure that we concentrate on focused leadership and make sure to honor others by not only notice them but make sure they feel important. Thanks to you we will never underestimate the influence we have on othersand leave a proud legacy for others to follow.

    Your leadership philosophy seems to be so closely aligned with our ministry because we share some of the same visions concerning leadership Changing lives and renewing the church by Connecting | Equipping | Transforming.

    We would also like to thank you for the brief personal time we were able to spend with you afterwards, it was truly an inspirational experience – one that we will remember for quite some time.

  2. Lee, I don’t think you just spoke at the seeds conference, you spelled it out! Thanks so much for the time you spent at the conference. Thanks for speaking to me afterwards also (I’m the guy from Massachusetts who traveled into Boston only to get push off the wrong tunnel exit)

    I can take what you said into our leadership to succeed in what we are doing.
