I was in Los Angles this week working on my second book. The title will be, The Customer Rules. It will be around 40 customer service rules such as, Customer Service is not a Department, Ask Yourself, What Mom Would Do, Do It Better, etc.

Think about everything from health care to car rental to stopping for gas or car repairs, to your postman, to your cell phone company to airlines and even someone who takes care of your lawn or home repairs. Really think about every kind of organization you have had experiences with.
