Candidate:
- Strong leader with a verifiable track record of successfully operating large properties.
- Strong communication skills with staff, local governmental authorities, etc.
- Strong financial skills to manage large budgets
- Punctual with a sense of urgency in communicating to all departments
- Exceeding customer satisfaction in a deluxe property – both internal and external customers
- Strong sense of urgency – an approach to exceed expectations
- Proactive in staying current in regards to technology
- Experience in managing a large staff
- Strong team and coaching skills
- Excellent written and presentation skills
Education: Preferably a candidate who holds a degree in Engineering, but will consider depending on experience.
