Do A Few Things Really Well

Try setting four big goals that can really make a difference in the long run for your organization, your customers, your employees and for YOU.

  1. Customers:  Total focus on training every single employee in your organization how to have positive engagements and interactions with your customers in person and on the telephone.
  2. Employees:  Make sure that leaders totally focus on each employee who reports to them and that all employees are getting the attention, training, coaching and recognition they want and deserve.
  3. Business Results:  Make sure that you continue to create a healthy trustworthy environment where the best suggestions and improved ways to work and run your business are brought forward by every single employee and customer so you will not simply prevail . . . but thrive.
  4. Personal:  Stay physically fit by exercising at least 5 days a week, drinking at least 64 ounces of water a day, studying the website, www.caloriesperhour.com and getting at least 8 hours sleep a night.  Sounds boring, but the results are good.

Think about how you can pick just a few things and then go and make them happen.  If we all make a few things happen, then we will accomplish a lot each year.   . . . Lee
