Every single one of us has a reputation.
Every single one of us has a reputation. Most of us, if we think about it, know that we are the ones who are responsible for our reputation.
You have a different reputation with every single person who knows you and even with those who don’t know you but have heard about you from others.
Are people saying and thinking good things or bad things about you behind your back? None of us should be spreading rumors and saying bad things out loud about one another, but we can’t shut our minds off . . . and what we think of someone usually causes us to alter the way we work with that person.
We have lots of ways to know how people feel about us. We have the ability to ask our leaders to give us some feedback on what we are doing well and on what they would like to see us improve on or quit doing. We have conversations at home with our loved ones; and if you have just a little insight, you can figure out what you are doing that is not working well and alter that behavior.
Everyone can change his or her reputation for better or for worse. It takes a long time to move your reputation from bad to good and only seconds to move it from good to bad….Lee

This is so true! Wise words that I will share with my students!
