I received the following email from my wife Priscilla today. I have already been to Costco to buy the Peanut Oil to fry the turkeys in and in a few days I will procure the turkeys. Also be on the look out for my annual Turkey Leadership Article. I will post it the Thursday before Thanksgiving for all of you wanting to fry and turkey and survive without buring your house down. From Priscilla to the Thanksgiving Team:

Well, plans are beginning to gel (and none too soon!).  There will be 10 or twelve adults and 6 children.  Please arrive about 3:30 and we”ll plan to dine between 4:00 and 5:00 (closer to 5, I suspect.)
