I want to thank you for sharing your story! So many people in leadership hide weaknesses in fear of losing credibility. Your courage is an inspiration and allows those of us in similar situations to be humble and allow others to see that we are not perfect and have weaknesses. Sometimes we get lost in the valley and feel hopeless, you have demonstrated that being in the valley is also a time for restoration to reassess and come back stronger. Praying for you to continue your journey and share your gifts with the world.

I too have endured a few valleys of depression and anxiety has been a constant companion for at least 6 years. Right now is a deep valley with my employer/supervisor and I’m just trying to make it through. Your episode reminded me I’m not alone.
